1. Item(s) must be returned within 30 days from receiving the item(s), in its original packaging and/or in the same condition described at the time of purchase.
2. Item(s) received damaged, defective, incorrect or improperly described must be reported within three days from receiving the item(s), (please attach a picture for the item with your email and/or a proper description for the shape of the item(s) when received).
3. Opened electronics, software, and edible items are only eligible for replacement with the same item. If the same item is not available, We may substitute a comparable item or issue a gift certificate for the value of the item, at our discretion.
4. We may charge a restocking fee up to 50% of item(s) price for items that are not damaged, defective, incorrect or improperly described.
5. Returned item(s) will be processed in the order they were received. it may take up to 7 business days to complete the return process and issue the refund.
6. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless return was due to our mistake.
7. We are not responsible for any lost returned packages in transit; we recommend you have a tracking number to ensure a proper tracking for the return.
